You can get rid of the acne by cutting the bacon and other red meat fats down. The animal saturated fats cause havoc on the skin. You also may want to cut back on fruit a bit. Focus more on dark greens, lean chicken and health sources of omega 3,6,9’s. Keeping your blood sugar in check is key to good skin. I am so dialed in to my blood sugar that almonds cause the same reaction as others get from sugar. I eat little to no fruit, honey, grains etc. No carbs except what I get from nuts, seeds and avocados. Oh don’t forget that greens have carbs too. How does a horse or other animals get their energy from eating primarily greens? Anyway I have twisted together paleo and raw vegan taking to good from both. I eat copious amounts of lean chicken and use egg white powder. Most important is lots of water and alkalizing with ginger, cayenne, lemons, apple cider vinegar etc. Send me an email if you would like to know more. Take care!
