Clicked my way to your blog just last week and just love it. I am excited about your new enterprise and have pre ordered your cook book. However, being a fairly active but fat grandma, with a bunch of sports related injuries, I am hoping that there will be exercises for us seniors available too. I play tennis a fair amount, when my knee isn’t hurting, cross country ski, and love to walk. I know I need to add in weight training but always afraid of more injury. Am a totally committed paleo and have started to lose some weight so will be sticking with it with the help of yours and some of the other great blogs out there. Happy and Healthy New Year.
