  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • 1 heaping tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (+extra for garnish)
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic coconut extract


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and completely combined.
