Mango Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 mangos, peeled and diced
  • ½ red onion, finely diced
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • 1 jalapeƱo, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, pitted and diced
  • salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Chop up all ingredients
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  3. Eat with whatever you'd like. I paired mine with chili lime plantain chips from sprouts and then topped it on some shredded crockpot pork!
