Holiday Salted Peppermint Bark
- Melt coconut butter and chocolate chips.
- Mix peppermint oil into chocolate.
- Pour coconut butter on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Pour melted chocolate on top of coconut butter. Use a knife to make designs in the coconut butter and chocolate mixture.
- Sprinkle with salt on top.
- Place in freezer to harden for 30 minutes or more.
