Holiday Salted Peppermint Bark

Serves: 6-8
  1. Melt coconut butter and chocolate chips.
  2. Mix peppermint oil into chocolate.
  3. Pour coconut butter on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Pour melted chocolate on top of coconut butter. Use a knife to make designs in the coconut butter and chocolate mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with salt on top.
  5. Place in freezer to harden for 30 minutes or more.
