Peppermint Fudge

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 organic candy canes, crushed into pieces*


  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with coconut oil spray.
  2. Place a medium saucepan over medium heat and add all ingredients except for the candy canes. Melt and completely combined, constantly mixing to make sure the chocolate does not stick or burn to the bottom of the pan.
  3. Once completely combined, pour mixture into loaf pan then top with crushed candy canes.
  4. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or more to set before slicing into squares before serving!


Recipe Notes

*If you prefer not to eat candy canes, just top your fudge with some extra mini chocolate chips!
