Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon ground chia seeds

For the toppings

  • 1/4 cup coconut chips
  • 1/4 cup butter toffee fuel snacks, roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 2 teaspoons bee pollen
  • 1 batch coconut whipped cream


  1. Place all ingredients, except for the toppings, in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie bowl ingredients into 2 bowls then top both with coconut chips, butter toffee fuel snacks, cacao nibs and bee pollen.
  3. Whip together ingredients for coconut whipped cream and place a hefty scoop onto each bowl.
  4. Eat with a spoon and enjoy the taste of fall!
