It’s officially time…SPRING TIME! Today is the first day of spring and I think I can feel the sun shining through more than yesterday. Just kidding, there’s snow on the ground here. But I’m still gearing up for spring anyways; getting excited about spring produce, lighter recipes, cooking outdoors, and of course, flip flops. And it’s officially time to crawl out from our winter hibernation, push the comfort foods out of our daily routine and get ready to feel our best in tank top, shorts and whatever else you sport in the hot months!
