Easy lunches are something I strongly support. I’ve worked from home for years now and even though I have access to my entire kitchen and fridge, the last thing I want to do is pause my day to make lunch.
Food is my love language. It’s my everything. I used to be strict paleo, but I have found a much better balance with food ever since healing my gut AND my relationship with it.
