2 garlic cloves, minced
1 yellow onion, minced
2 cups sliced button mushrooms
1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
4 ounces shredded gruyere cheese
