1 pound chicken thighs, cubed into bize size pieces
1 salt, to taste
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (12 ounce) package of cauliflower rice, defrosted
1 green onions, diced, for garnish
1 cilantro, roughly chopped, for garnish
