1 large sweet potato or yam (equivalent to 2 cups mashed)
3 tablespoons Coconut Flour
5 eggs, whisked
1 6-8 strips of bacon, diced
1 leftover rendered fat from bacon
1 3-4 tablespoons chives, thinly diced
3 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup coconut butter, softened
1 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips
1 coconut milk ice cream of choice - I used Coconut Bliss or you could make your own (the ice cream is totally optional)
1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter or avocado oil, for the waffle maker
1/2 cup blanched almond flour
3 1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 pinch of sea salt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
2 mangos, peeled and diced
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1/2 cucumber, diced
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 avocado, pitted and diced
1 salt, to taste
9 eggs
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound breakfast sausage
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
1 teaspoon fennel seed
2 tablespoons tapioca flour
2 tablespoons almond flour
2 1/2 cup cashew milk
1 lots of salt and pepper
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
