2 frozen bananas
2 scoops Primal Kitchen Chocolate Coconut Fuel
1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup shredded zucchini (peeled first - ~1 zucchini)
1 1/2 cups cashew meal (I ground up cups raw cashews)
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup tapioca or arrowroot flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 pinch of salt
1/3 cup melted ghee (I used browned butter ghee)
1/3 cup honey
2 teaspoons almond extract
3 eggs, whisked
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 1-2 tablespoons poppyseeds (I think the more, the better)
1 cup strawberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons water
1 cup raw almond butter
1 cup maple sugar
1 egg, whisked
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
1 tablespoons coconut flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ounce chocolate bar, roughly chopped (I like Theo, Eating Evolved or Taza)
1/3 cup dried strawberries
