Back to Basics: Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces Brussels sprouts, halved or quartered*
  • ¼1/3 cup avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Halve or quarter the Brussels sprouts and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle avocado oil on top then top with salt and garlic powder. Toss with your hands to coat evenly. Place in the oven to bake for 30-35 minutes, until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
  3. Serve as a side dish and love every second of every bite!

Notes

*depending on the size of the Brussels sprouts. Mine were fairly large so I quartered them!
