Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place cauliflower florets on a baking sheet and drizzle with avocado oil. Add salt, garlic powder, and turmeric on top, then toss to combined and coat (I wouldn’t use your hands for this one if you have a fresh manicure since turmeric stains).
  3. Place in the oven to bake for 35-40 minutes*
  4. Enjoy the crispiness of cauliflower in any bowl or as a side dish!

Notes

*This time will range depending on how small or big the cauliflower florets are so keep an eye on them to ensure you don’t burn the florets!
