Peanut Butter Lover’s Protein Shake

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 scoop peanut butter protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
  • 1/21 cup milk of choice (the amount of milk you use will depend if you like a more thick or more runny smoothie…you decide!)
  • couple tablespoons of roasted peanuts, for garnish


  1. Place all ingredients, except for the peanuts, in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Top with peanuts. And peanut butter, if you dare.
