Whisk together coconut milk, maple syrup, cocoa powders, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt until combined. Fold in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and sliced almonds.
Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the directions for churning time.*
At this point, you can serve the ice cream as is (soft serve) or pour the soft serve ice cream into a bread pan and freeze for a couple hours before serving! Whenever serving this ice cream, be sure to let the ice cream sit on the countertop for 20-30 minutes before scooping!
