1/2 cup brewed coffee (chilled)
1/2 cup full fat canned coconut milk
1 heaping tablespoon almond butter (or other nut or seed butter)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1–2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup chia seeds
Place all ingredients for the chia pudding in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and completely combined.
Place in a sealed container and into the fridge to set for an hour and up to overnight.
Top with banana, almond butter, hemp hearts, and cacao nibs.
