Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh rosemary
  • 0.5 ounces fresh sage
  • 4 ounces salami
  • 4 ounces prosciutto
  • 8 ounces mozzarella pearls
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pitted green olives
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup calabrian peppers
  • black pepper
  • toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Place rosemary sprigs on a platter in a large circle, like a wreath! Then place sage leaves on top throughout the rosemary.
  2. Now you can build each toothpick however you like. Here’s how I build my favorite – salami or prosciutto, artichoke, mozzarella, calabrian pepper, and olive. Then feel free to build any other way you please.
  3. Add each toothpick on top of the rosemary and sage in a circle to create the full wreath. Top with black pepper before serving!
