Place rosemary sprigs on a platter in a large circle, like a wreath! Then place sage leaves on top throughout the rosemary.
Now you can build each toothpick however you like. Here’s how I build my favorite – salami or prosciutto, artichoke, mozzarella, calabrian pepper, and olive. Then feel free to build any other way you please.
Add each toothpick on top of the rosemary and sage in a circle to create the full wreath. Top with black pepper before serving!
