Chocolate Blueberry Protein Smoothie

- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower rice (it blends better than cauliflower florets)
- 1/4 cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed (remove for paleo)

- 1 cup almond, oat, or flax milk
- optional add ins: spinach, cacao nibs, flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp hearts
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend.
