Citrus Yogurt Chia Bowls

  • 1.5 cups grassfed full-fat yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • zest of 2 mandarin oranges
  • juice of 1 mandarin orange (more, if preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 mandarin orange, for topping
  • 1/41/3 cup granola of choice
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen
  • mint leaves, for garnish


  1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, chia seeds, honey, zest and juice of mandarin orange, and vanilla extract. Once combined, place in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  2. Top yogurt bowl with sliced mandarin oranges, granola, blueberries, bee pollen, and mint before serving!
