Festive Cookie Bars

- 1 cup nut butter
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup melted ghee (or coconut oil, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup paleo baking flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of fine salt
- 1/2 cup green candies
- 1/2 cup red candies

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together nut butter, coconut sugar, ghee, vanilla extract, and eggs.
- Once combined, add in the paleo baking flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Then fold in candies.
- Pour mixture out into baking dish and spread out evenly. Place in the oven to bake for 40-45 minutes, until brown and the middle is cooked through. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from baking dish and cutting into 16 squares.
