Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together maple syrup, almond butter, butter, cinnamon, almond and vanilla extract. Once combined, add oats and salt then mix until completely coated in the maple almond butter mixture.
Pour onto baking sheet, spread oats into a flat layer and press into the parchment paper. This will make it nice and chunky once cooled. Place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes, turn baking sheet, then bake for another 15 minutes. Once done baking, let cool COMPLETELY on the baking sheet.
Eat by itself or in a bowl of your milk of choice!
*You can use a different type of fat such as coconut oil
