New Year’s Eve Rosemary Honey Mustard Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings and/or drumsticks
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 12 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
  • red pepper flakes, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Place an oven rack in the top position and preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Grease wire rack. Place the chicken wings on the wire rack and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Bake for 50 minutes or until crispy.
  2. When chicken wings are almost done, place a small saucepan over medium heat and add mustard, honey, rosemary and red pepper flakes. Heat for about 2-3 minutes, just until warm throughout.
  3. When wings are done cooking, place in a bowl then pour the honey mustard on top and toss. Eat up right away!
