For the smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower seed butter (or other nut butter)
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored collagen peptides
  • 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the toppings:

  • 1/4 cup paleo granola*
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry jam
  • 2 teaspoons cacao nibs
  • 1 teaspoon hemp heart
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredient for the smoothie in a blender and blend until smooth and combined.
  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl.
  3. Top smoothie with all the toppings.
  4. Eat.
