3/4 cup
flax milk + protein
1
scoop
peanut butter protein power
1/4 cup
cannellini beans
, drained and rinse
1 tablespoon
maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/4 cup
gluten free oats
1/3 cup
full stack granola
2 teaspoon
hemp hearts
Instructions
Place milk, protein powder, beans, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add oats to a bowl along with the liquid and stir to combined. Place in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Top oats with granola and hemp hearts then eat up!
