Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Instructions

  1. Blend together oat milk, cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add oats to a jar along with chia seeds and the liquid. Mix to combined. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, top overnight oats with chopped graham crackers, strawberries, and hemp hearts before serving.

*I used Kite Hill almond cream cheese
