Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 12 tablespoons homemade mayo (or use Primal Kitchen)
  • 24 ounces smoked salmon

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice a cucumber, lengthwise, using a mandolin.
  2. Spread on some mayo.
  3. Layer on some smoked salmon.
  4. Curl up cucumber and press a toothpick through it.
  5. Eat.
