You guyyyyyys! I’m so excited to announce my partnership with Aaptiv. If you haven’t listened to my podcast yet, you may have missed me chatting all about them. Well, Aaptiv is changing the fitness game and making it possible for anyone and everyone to get fit and become happier and healthier! Aaptiv is a fitness app that brings together the voice of an elite trainer, walking you through the workout of your choice! They have all kinds of different workouts to choose from including yoga, marathon training, spinning, strength training, stretching, elliptical, and a ton of others. And while the trainer is walking you through your workout, you also get to listen to amazing music throughout. It’s pretty awesome.

Instead of having to download videos or use the DVD player that no one even has anymore, you can simply listen on your phone. And since I’ve been working with them for almost 6 months and have fallen in love with their  mission, I wanted to work with them in even more ways. So here’s how to sign up for the challenge:

  1. Sign up for Aaptiv using the code AAPTIVOMG (make sure it’s all CAPS!). You’ll get 30 days of free workouts on Aaptiv. If you’re already a member you’re good to go. You can move on to the next step!
  2. Open the Aaptiv app and find the “Curator Playlist” category.
  3. There, you’ll find my hand-picked Aaptiv workouts!
  4. To download the recipe guide, click the “Learn More” link under the category description.
  5. Download the recipe PDF (it also has a recommended workout for each day).
  6. Crush your workout, make your Paleo meal, and show us your strength on Instagram using hashtag #aaptivomg. We want to see how you’re doing with the challenge and what recipes you’re loving!!

    I just want to say thank you for being so flipping awesome. I’ve followed you for a couple of years now and have been listening to your podcast non-stop! I tried OTF for the first time this morning after hearing you rave about it on your podcast and Instagram stories. I absolutely LOVED it.     I LOVE the Aaptive App! I’ve moved recently and am having the hardest time finding a Crossfit gym I like, but Aaptiv has made working out easier on my own in a globo-type gym that I have access to. I like to string 2-3 workouts together and I’m done in about an hour! Thank you!

    Do the workouts on Aaptiv require internet connection (and data) for the duration of the workout? Or can you download them like podcasts, then do the workout offline?

      If you’re connected to WIFI, you can download the to your phone if you wanted to do the workouts offline!

    Hi Julie! Love the blog and all the recipes on the Aaptiv plan.

    Not sure if you’re aware, but they’re are missing a ton of ingredients in the shopping list part. Just got home from the store and was looking through the recipes when I realized I didn’t get chicken thighs, sweet potatoes, or cauliflower rice! Back to the store tomorrow for me, but if there’s anyway to get the list updated I’m sure it would save a bunch of people from having to do the same.

    Don’t want to sound like a negative nelly, I still have nothing but love and appreciation for all your amazing free content!!!
