The snow keeps falling here in Colorado but I’m prepared because I have tons of layers to wear nowadays from lululemon! No matter what your activity is, whether you’re out for a run, taking it to the mountains for a hike, training in the gym or just runnings your errands on the weekend, lululemon has you covered so you’re comfortable, warm and always feelings your best!
If you’re looking to do anything outdoors, these magenta first mile tech tights are an absolute must! These tech fleece leggings also come in green and black and keep your legs toasty while still able to move throughout your workout! They are so soft and hug your curves, and they never fall down! They are the truly the best if you’re looking to workout outside when the temperatures are feeling ultra cold!

But in the winter time, accessories make all the difference when it comes to staying warm, no matter what workout you’re doing! I have so many vinyasa scarves from lululemon and continue to stock up on them because they are perfect for fall, spring, AND winter! And they always come in so many cool patterns! I bought this one years ago but they have a super similar one that’s ready to wear in multiple ways because of how big it is and how it buttons! Such a cool idea!
And these slim-fitting gloves come in 5 different colors and are super breathable so you’re hands stay comfortable throughout your activity. But my favorite accessory BY FAR is definitely this ear warmer headband! It keep your ears warm, stays in place, and has a perfect slit in the back for your ponytail to fit into so it stays in place while you run! I wore it all day the other day while I worked and ran errands because it fits perfectly!
And last but not least, this absolutely amazing hoodie! I’ve been mentioning on the blog a lot lately that I’ve been wearing pullovers and hoodies on repeat because it’s been so chilly. And this hoodie does not disappoint! It’s super stretchy, incredibly soft, and it doesn’t ride up when you move because of it’s length! I’m kind of obsessed with it!
What are you doing to make sure you stay motivated this cold winter?! Don’t let the ever-dropping temperatures hold you back in your fitness goals! No matter what you’re doing, be sure to get outdoors this winter and keep enjoying your beautiful life! Below I’ve put together 4 different outfits depending on what you may be doing outside (or even inside)! Whether you’re out for a run, a hike, training in the gym or just check off your to-do list on a Sunday, I have a perfect outfit for every event! Don’t forget to the little moments and feel your best throughout them!

Love LLL! What size tights are you in – the reviews on their site say they run small?
i got my normal size (a size 4) and i don’t think they run small. they are a little tricky to pull on the first time just because they fleece material makes it tough, but once you get them on, they are perfect! i don’t have large calves so maybe people who do had issues with that?
OMG, huge calves are always a problem for me. I’m totally putting a bunch of this on my Christmas list! trying to find my sizes too. How tall are you? Are you usually a small or extra small?
i’m 5’7 and i wear both XS and S
I love their technical fleece. I don’t have a large need for it since I rarely run outside, but I have one pair of running tights made with tech fleece and they are buttery soft on the inside but sporty on the outside. They really keep me warm without overheating.
what size did you get the hoodie and stuff in? I don’t see the normal size breakdown that you ordered – they are super helpful to judge what size I should order 🙂
Thank you!
size 4 in leggings and top!
Your timing on this is so perfect! I just moved to the Seattle area in September and while I was prepared for rain, I was not prepared for repeated days of the high being 35 degrees and freakin’ snow!! I’m told this is rare and I’m really hoping that’s true haha. Needless to say, being a native Californian I have approximately zero cold weather active wear items lol. I just adopted a dog and she deserves her daily walk despite the fact that I’m admittedly a cold weather pansy but damn, I’m freezing out here! I will definitely be hitting up Lulu lemon. Thanks for all you do!!
i’ve lived in cold weather my whole life and i’m still a pansy about it…because its THE WORST! i enjoy winters by purchasing many winter jackets lol! glad i could help you out, too!
Hi Juli!
Do you have any suggestions for e-tip/tech gloves? I’ll be going snowboarding for the first time in March and want to be able to capture it all!
