Cassy of Fed and Fit is back talking about what it’s like to be a mammal and milk a child for the first time, the hardest part of being a mom so far, and what her favorite drunk food in college was. We were a bit delirious from a late night and barely any sleep so we covered a brought amount of topics in this episode!

I don’t know if you’ve addressed this before but I have always been curious about this with food bloggers… how much food do you throw out/waste? I don’t say this in a judgy way. I am trying to waste less and eat everything in my fridge/eat all leftovers but I know bloggers will sometimes prep a lot at once for posts/videos/etc. What do you (and James) do to prevent food waste/things going bad before you can eat them? I would love your insight as I think food waste is something many people should be more conscious of (and it helps your budget!).

if i have desserts, i give them to someone at my gym. but i don’t find that many things go to waste unless they are desserts and i don’t get them to someone in time. other than that, we pretty much eat everything we make!!

So many thoughts. Number one FACKING BOOB BLISTERS ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Number two have you ever had drunk Cajun fries because there is literally nothing better than fried potato when you’re drunk especially when doused with Cajun seasoning.
Number three I’ve been stalking your casual shoe kick lately and loving it but can I say how pissed I was when Nordstrom labeled blush shoes as “on trend”. Don’t know why it annoys me but it does. I don’t want to be on trend but I want blush sneakers SO BAD. Ugh the dilemma. Number four I feel like my personality is a mix of you and Cassie and that makes me feel good about myself since I’m obsessed with both of you. K bye.

    1. juli says:

      thanks for listening Madi!

  4. Lauren Geruso says:

Omgosh I love you two! Especially together, it’s adorable!!

FYI—-I’m pretty sure they cut Katherine Heigl because she was difficult to work with. But I still watch Greys on the regular.

I haven’t had a baby, but I honestly want to know all the things. Even the icky, scary things.

  5. Robin says:

Listening to this at the gym right now and dying… I’m pretty sure people think I’m crazy. Love you both!

  6. Vanessa Mirro says:
