Baby it’s cold outside!!! And it just keeps getting colder! Our gym recently moved to a new facility and the free standing building gets chilllllly at times. So no matter if I’m working out or just coaching, I’m always freezing. I think I understand why the elderly move to Florida as they age. I’m ready to do that at 28 years old.

But in the meantime, Colorado still has my heart so I just keep investing in layers and finding new ways to keep my body temperature over 100 degrees no matter how cold it is outside. Over 100 degrees isn’t healthy? It’s cool. So nowadays I’m living in pullovers, vest, jackets, and long leggings. No more capris for these pale legs!

This seamless long sleeve top comes in 7 different fall and winter inspired colors, stretches to your body and keeps you super warm whether you are out with friends shopping during the holidays or getting your workout on! Pullovers have been my daily attire lately like this amazing cowl neck pullover you can see on my instagram here or this AWESOME asymmetrical zipper pullover you can see here! I seriously can’t get enough of pullovers so I’m sharing more of my favorites below!

Now that my summer glow has disappeared, it’s all about long leggings! And I’m happy to wear them because they keep me so much damn warmer than capris! And these moto leggings do not disappoint! And they come in a handful of colors like this dark mint or just simple white that are also high waisted!

More Long Length Leggings:

I never really liked vests until this year, but man, they keep you SO warm! And they are perfect to throw on top of anything while you are working out so your arms still have full range of motion! So whether you are out for a run or lifting weights at your park, you can stay bundled without feeling like you can’t move! I’m linking all my favorite vests below including this quilted vest that I wore on instagram here!

Juli do you ever get your alo leggings hemmed? I’m not even short but some of the full length ones are too long on me. I hate the extra bunching on the bottom! Just figured I would ask since I think you have multiple pairs.

    1. juli says:

they definitely run long, except these ones don’t surprisingly so i haven’t hemmed any yet!

    Hey Juli!
Late to comment on this post as I’ve been catching up on all your stuff after being on holiday (best present ever coming back to heaps of your new podcasts and recipes :P) – with the being cold all of the time have you thought about getting your thyroid levels checked? This is a major symptom of my own hypothyroidism. I find eating a bit more carbs (sweet potato, potato, resistant starch rice), especially on work out days, helps me a lot with this 🙂

    Happy New Year!
