Today is a special day because I’m off to Aruba with my sister-in-law to explore the island and run a little 5k. But as soon as I pull off my sneakers, I’ll be wearing sandals all weekend long. On the beach, through the hotel and while we go exploring to find the famous Flamingo Beach. And with all the exploring ahead, I need a comfy pair of sandals that won’t let me down. I ain’t got NO TIME for uncomfortable shoes when I have a vacation to be living up!
That’s where ECCO and their new line of sandals comes in handy! I just recently tried out ECCO’s sandals and I quickly fell in love with the TOUCH Slide Sandal that also comes in black, blue, white and brown! And these ones are staples that I will wear time and time again because the style is timeless and the fit is just right. Plus the heel is the perfect height that you can walk around in all day while still giving the illusion of extra height!
What I love about ECCO is their attention to detail and creating shoes that were made to fit a foot, and fit that foot incredibly well. So often, sandals give very little support and cut into the foot the more you wear them on a hot day. But these TOUCH Slide Sandals give support all the way around without rubbing and creating blisters. Even on a hot summer day in Colorado, my ice cream was melting but the shoes stayed comfy as can be!
If you’re looking to find some foot freedom this summer, give ECCO a try and finally see how comfortable you can be, no matter what the heat throws at you. You’re going to love how good you feel throughout any summer day or any fun vacation you may have coming up!

no clue!! sorry!!
I have heard such good things about these shoes! Going to have to try them. Excited to hear about Aruba! I run marathons and I would love to know any advice on nutrition for runners with high mileage. I know you don’t do marathons – but you’ve mentioned in podcasts before that people at your gym to do ultra running. Just a thought!
I agree! I am not a runner, but I am an aerialist, which requires a ton of endurance. Nutrition can be challenging, especially when you are me, and you are trying to lose a few pounds without sacrificing performance.
