Recently I shared a post about creating a healthy, long term relationship with clean eating. You can read it here. But I thought it would be great to talk through it all on a podcast and why it is so incredibly important to find that healthy relationship with food, sooner rather than later.

Listened to your Christina Rice podcast. I’ve read every blog post you’ve posted! Been following you since 2011 or 2012. Read it every morning!
Hi Juli!
Happy day! Wishing you the perfect weather wherever you may currently be!
I broke up with all things PaleOMG last year after a particular podcast episode left me a little less than warm and fuzzy. PaleOMG was a big part of my day and week as it fueled my morning spirit in blog posts and helped my weekly long walks with my fur-child in podcasts. Well, yesterday (03/12/2019) I decided to pick up an episode again to see how I felt. Juli, in a matter of a day and half, I have easily binged 12 episodes. Your voice is uplifting and happy. I heard you speak of focusing on a positive outlook in this new year and I want to compliment you. Many of us tell ourselves this but YOU have actually followed through and it shows. I am now back following along and while I understand that I am this little tiny drop of water in your big ‘ol PaleOMG bucket, I just wanted you to know about my experience. Listening to your episodes have left me smiling and in an overall joyous mood. So, in the spirit of Chris Traeger, you are LITERALLY spewing positivity and it’s LITERALLY the best.
In other thoughts– Babbel.
It’s a language teaching app/ subscription that has been voted and praised highly. My family is currently using it to learn Spanish. It’s much better than anything I have ever used in the past. There are multiple sections in each lesson that require speaking, typing, and picture-to-word matching. I feel like I am truly learning Spanish as opposed to random phrases. It’s wonderful and it’s fun. I do not enjoy being a student and getting across that college finish line was seriously teeth pulling but using this app to learn Spanish is completely different for me. So, hopefully you and Brian (or Bryan) find it useful and enjoy it! I believe they offer a free trial to test the waters.
Thanks for everything you do for the community!
Hasta Pronto (in the feeds that is)!
