The New Express x Rocky Barnes Collection

I’m currently on a plane from Paris back home to Denver and I’m desperately craving some sunny weather like I had when I shot these photos last week before I left for my France trip. Smoothie bowls, lounging in the sunshine in my backyard, and playing with the dog are all on the agenda this coming week. It was pretty chilly in Burgundy, France so we were constantly bundled up in jackets and scarves. But now it’s time to show some skin and indulge in some Vitamin D! And since the new Express x Rocky Barnes Collection just released, I don’t have to think much about what I’ll be wearing this weekend!

If you haven’t seen the collection yet, get ready for color, comfort, and a ton of looks you can take with you on vacation this summer. This new collection at Express was designed by model, entrepreneur and blogger Rocky Barnes and inspired by the pieces she wears over and over again. The pieces are great for mix-and-matching, and are perfect for wearing on a casual night out for happy hour or out on a fancy date this summer! And since they were created with the help of Express, you know you’re getting staple pieces you’ll be able to wear month after month.

Let’s get into some of the pieces I purchased for myself with this new collection that I’m LOVING! I started my order off with this off-the shoulder linen dress in deep yellow. It also comes in a light purple but I love this yellow color for when I’m a little tanner this summer! I’m heading off to Key West soon and this dress is definitely coming with me! Even though the dress already has an amazing shape, I plan to tighten it even more about the waist with this textured summer belt the next time I wear it! I also snagged this BRIGHT pink button-up romper that is also coming with my to Key West, a satin floral kimono for a hot date night out, and the comfiest black button jumpsuit! This trip to Paris will be completely different weather than Key West and I’m pumped to have these pieces already hanging in my closet ready to go for my warm weather ahead!
