Fall wedding season is here and depending where the wedding is, it can sometimes be a little challenging figuring out what to wear. But not to worry, I am here for you! Today I’m going to share some looks I’ve worn in the past that are still in stock along with some new pieces from this season. There are about 34 different looks to choose from in this post so hopefully this will give you some inspiration from your own closet OR take the hours of shopping online completely out of the equation. That way you can concentrate on things you actually want to do in life…like nap!
First up are three different midi dresses. I think midi dresses are incredibly flattering, but they are also practical come fall because they cover most of the leg, which may be incredibly pale at this point, and they keep the body pretty warm compared to shorter dresses. This bandeau top midi dress below is HANDS DOWN my favorite. I’m going to a wedding in New Orleans this month and this dress is definitely coming with me! It cinches at the waist and the material of the dress keeps the bottom full and structured. And it’s October, so come on! Right now this dress is on sale, too!
Next on my list of dresses I wore in the past is this one shoulder midi dress that shows off a little leg! Like the dress above, it is the same material so it stays structured, no matter how long you wear it. You won’t have to worry about insane wrinkles with this material, so it’s perfect for packing with you! And if light pink isn’t your color, this dress comes in almost any other color you’d like. Red, navy, burgundy, black, and more! I think this mermaid style dress is so flattering for really any shape out there! And it comes in sizes 0-14!
Last but not least when it comes to midi dresses I’ve worn in the past is this halter neck midi dress. I love this dress because the colors and textures are so unique! You may see a lot of black dresses or maybe even red dresses at the wedding, but I would bet money on it that no one else is going to be wearing this dress at the wedding since it’s so unique. The pleated skirt will be your dance partner on the dance floor. And yes, I know that sounds stupid, but try wearing a pleated skirt and see if you don’t flirt with it all night. Not possible. This dress is a showstopper that will have you feeling confident and happy all night long!
Last but not least, I’m changing it up with a cross back wide leg jumpsuit. I wore this jumpsuit last season, as you can probably tell from the snow on the ground, but I’ve brought it back out for fall! What I love about jumpsuits is that no one will know how pale and unshaved your legs are! Only you will hold that secret. This jumpsuit still show off a little skin without being too risqué at the wedding. And it’s crazy comfortable! It stretches with you while giving a good amount of coverage, aka cellulite won’t be showing through this jumpsuit. Plus it’s ON SALE right now!!

Now if last season’s looks aren’t your thing, let’s get into some new looks from this year. Below I’m going to show three different types of looks I think are perfect for fall –
- Mini dresses with long sleeves. If the wedding you’re attending is in a warmer spot or you’re just feeling confident with your summer tanned legs, a mini dress is perfect for you! And long sleeves will not only give it the look and feel of fall, but it will also keep you a little warmer at night, once the sun goes down and the temperatures actually feel like fall.
- Midi dresses. I mentioned it above but I think midi dresses are the perfect fall wedding guest look. They are incredibly flattering, they will keep you much warmer than a mini dress, and the length is a little more appropriate for fall.
- Jumpsuits. I love me a good jumpsuit and whenever I’m going to a wedding any time other than summer, I’m almost always wearing a jumpsuit. It’s comfortable, it’s warm, and it’s gives a great amount of coverage so you don’t have to shave your legs. Win-win-win.
This is my favorite lace midi dress for fall. The lace long sleeves are surprisingly warm and the small cut out detail at the waist gives the look just a little extra something. The dress is fitted to the body, but the flounced hem gives it a beautiful shape for whoever wears it! It’s damn cute!

Last but not least, jumpsuits! Like I mentioned before, jumpsuits are one of my favorite looks for fall. This long sleeve wrap jumpsuit is perfect for a wedding that you know will have cooler temperatures. Because it’s super warm! Below I’m linking a ton of different styles, whether you need sleeveless, wide leg, or more form fitting!
