Happy Friday!! Today is a great day, guys! You know why? Because I’m getting a deep tissue massage. I swear, my body is being realllll good about pinching nerves lately. Well, I either pinched a nerve or I have a rib out of place. Either way, it’s miserable and I can’t take in a full breath of air. It’s so delightful. Who knew kettebell carries could do that. Dumb.

Anywho, who cares about workouts, it’s not Monday here, it’s FRIDAY. Also known as FRIYAY because it’s shopping day. At least it is for me! I’m trying to limit shopping to just one time per week. Not sure my fiancé would be proud of that, I don’t think he’s shopped all year. Whatevs! He doesn’t have book tour coming up soon! This weeks outfits are all about staying stylish while staying super comfortable at the same time. Except for a book tour outfit I tried on…that one is a bit over the top. But those are my favorite kind of outfits. When the hell else am I gonna dress up, I live in Colorado for gosh sakes!

This dress is by far the most comfortable dress I own. It’s a soft t-shirt material so it’s super soft and hang on the body just right, without clinging. You can dress it up with a pair of cute booties like I did here, or just throw on a pair of flip flops and call it good while you run out in the summer heat. I will be packing this dress with me on book tour to probably wear in most cities because it’s so light weight!

I wore this simple outfit out to dinner at Blooming Beets with my friend Laura. We were lucky enough to be invited to try out their new menu and taste all of their different appetizers, entrees AND dessert. It’s so fun to get to eat at a restaurant that serves strictly paleo options. I wish we had that in Denver! We ate out on the patio on a warm night so this light and flowy top was perfect an evening of Sangria and overindulging.

I love me some boyfriend jeans. They are just so damn comfortable and you an dress them up and act like you are fancy, or just dress them down and still look nice. My fiancé haaaates these jeans. He’ll always ask me why I’m wearing his jeans whenever I put these on. But I continue to wear them, because they are the best. He’ll have to love me, boyfriend jeans and all.

Now THIS is what I’m talking about. When the hell would I ever get to dress up like this? Never. And I’m so pumped to wear this outfit! I asked people on IG where I should wear this outfit on the first leg of my book tour and the majority said New York. So NYC it is! It’s definitely a tad risqué, but life is all about trying new things and taking changes and this top definitely does that! And you know me, I always love a great crop top! Can’t wait to show you guys my other outfits I have planned!
