Good morning!! At the moment, I have a doggy right on top of my hand who doesn’t want me to type, he just wants me to cuddle instead of work. I’ve been gone for a few days out in San Antonio so he’s clinging to me now that I’m back. I left for SA on Tuesday morning and just got back last night so it was a super quick trip. I was visiting Cassy of Fed and Fit to work on a little project together. That project included a sh*t ton of different outfit changes, pounds of makeup and more hairspray than you could imagine. No, I’m serious, my hair is a matted mess. I’m just going to act like it doesn’t need to be brushed. Ignorance is bliss. Does that work here? Whatever.

Here’s a quick outfit I wore before leaving for San Antonio. Honestly, I think I wore it two days in a row…is that gross? Whatever. It was sunny for 3 seconds in Colorado so I enjoyed a day without a jacket! Twice.

My first day in San Antonio meant a bunch of outfits and a bunch of talking on video. And sweating on video. What is it about the red light on a camera that makes the armpits get nervous? Anywho, these were the outfits we started the day off with. Cassy went with a Zac Pose dress and I brought out a two piece that I bought during the summer for my book tour for Juli Bauer’s Paleo Cookbook! I don’t think I’ll ever give up this two piece, it is one of my favorite pieces, no matter what season it is.

Our second outfit change included a comfy, green dress for Cassy and a turtleneck dress for me! I found this dress for $18 in the summertime for book tour but never ended up wearing it. Which I think is really dumb after putting it back on. It’s just comfortable and breathable. I’ll be wearing this more often with a jacket and booties through the winter!

Our third outfit change was 50 shades of blue. I couldn’t decide what to wear so Cassy let me borrow this striped dress that fit like a glove. Loved how it cinched at the waist but released around the hips. Perfect professional dress that still makes you feel a little sexy with a bit of leg!

If you haven’t seen me post this pink dress before, I’m very surprised because I’ve worn it a million times. I love it SO much. It fits so perfectly. I wore it to a wedding and on tv when I was promoting my book! Right now they only have a few left so its 70% off but they also have it in royal blue! We absolutely loved wearing these fit and flare dresses!

I brought both of these dresses with me to San Antonio and decided that Cassy just had to wear this pencil dress that zips all the way up the back. If you’re looking for a professional dress, this one comes in 9 different colors, is a stretchy material and can be dressed up with a fun pop of jewelry! When I bought this black dress, I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep it since it was just a simple black dress. But it is so much more. It is the PERFECT lbd. I plan wearing this dress many times. I love it so much and it fits like a glove!

Right before I left town for San Antonio, I was hanging out with my best friend, just wandering around the city. I stopped in a boutique just to glance at some stuff and ran into this little lace sleeve shift dress. I instantly fell in love with it. It fits so well and is so soft and doesn’t even wrinkle. The sad part is I haven’t been able to find this exact dress online. BUT, I found one that is very similar and I linked a ton of berry inspired dresses because this color is seriously so beautiful! Get your spring dresses ready early!
