PaleOMG Fashion + Nordstrom Fall Clearance Sale Favorites

Holy moly smokes and aioli, do I have A LOT of outfits for you this week! Because not only did I wear a ton of different outfits, way more than usual, but I also put together a ton of outfits on my instagram throughout the week to celebrate the Nordstrom Fall Clearance Sale! Getting items for up to 40% off is the absolute best, but it’s also sometimes hard to figure out what you’re going to wear with a certain shirt or a pair of on sale booties you buy. So I’m taking the thinking out of it for you and just giving you ideas of what I would put together! And be sure to shop all my favorite Nordstrom Fall Sale items at the bottom of the post! Now let’s get started! Over the weekend, I was back in Omaha, NE for the second time in two weeks. But this Omaha trip was effing awesome. You know why? Because there was a party bus involved. Party buses are just so fun. Especially if you’ve been drinking bloody marys since 10am. So we drank and drove our way to Wayne, NE to watch my brother in law play some football. Where we continued to drink cocktails. Then we drove back to Omaha where we went straight to a bar and watched the Huskers game. My pants double in size from sweating so much during the dance party on the bus and I devoured some nachos at the bar, so the next day wasn’t the worst hangover I’ve ever seen. But back to the point: this shirt. I love it, I want to wear it every day, and I am absolutely so happy I bought it. It’s SO soft and flowy. It’s just seriously the best.

After the party bus night, I woke up the next morning on a mission: to find over the knee black boots. And that’s exactly what I did (see below). Since Omaha was beautiful and not painfully windy that day, I wore my favorite scarf that I bought last year and is like wearing a plush blanket. This is what a normal-day outfit looks like for me, but this is especially a normal outfit for me when I’m waking up at 4am to hop on a flight back to CO. I found these leggings at Lululemon but couldn’t find the exact ones online, so I linked the same color pants, just a little different look! I love them so much and they are super warm which is perfect for both Omaha and Denver weather right now!

Oh the boots. Never in my life did I think I would adore over the knee boots. Never. I always thought they looked like hooker boots. And you may still feel that way when looking at me, but I still adore them. And since I think they can be a little intimidating, I’m sharing two outfits with them. Dressed up with a little fall sweater dress and dressed down with some moto leggings (that are crazy comfortable FYI – and go a size down, I got an XS and never wear that size) and a sweater. These boots are comfortable, they tie in the back so they don’t fall down, and they are the perfect height so your feet aren’t killing you when you take them off. For reals, they are the best. I plan on wearing them allllll winter!
