It’s Friday!!!!! Thank goodness because this week has been ROUGH. But I think this weekend is just going to be even rougher since I got an extremely painful face treatment done yesterday. I look jacked AF. It’s the first time doing this treatment and it’s definitely a scary one. But I’m all about trying new things to help reduce my acne scars and help with fine lines in the long run. AND I’m planning to start doing some beauty posts in the future. I know I’m going to get so much sh*t when I tell you about the different things I’ve tried and then you SEE what it looks like, but I’ve been going to the same medical esthetician for a while now and my skin has never looked better, so I trust the woman. Even if that means scaring small children while out in public. OMG for real, just wait until you see what it looks like.
Until then, let’s talk about this week’s outfits! There wasn’t a ton of playing dress up this week since I was spending most of my days at the Social Security office then at the DMV then again at the DMV, all to find out that I need to get my marriage certified by the state to change my name on my drivers license. They sure make it a challenge to change your name and since my face is jacked, looks like I’ll need one more week until I change it. Jeez Louise.
This outfit below was what most of my days looked like, whether I was at the gym, at a coffee shop working, or in my kitchen cooking. I think I’m going to buy this tank in every color because it’s so comfortable and I can knot it to the side if I don’t want it hanging! And how cool is this sports bra?! My husband said it looked like I was wearing it backwards. He knows nothing!!!

Speaking of knotting my tank top, that’s exactly what I did here when I was heading to the lake last week! I finally got the hang of wake surfing and that’s all I want to do now! Damn this facial treatment getting in the way! These shorts are my new weekend lake and outdoor special. They fit both my legs and waist, which rarely happens! And you can wear them in or outside the water! They are perfection!

After going to the DMV for a second time and getting turned away, I decided the only thing that would settle my woes was putting on my favorite dress and a good workout later on. So I did both of those things and all was better! It’s amazing what an outfit can do to your spirits and how you feel about your day!
Simple tank tops are a must in my life. This one is super lightweight and flowy. It’s a little open on the sides so make sure to wear a bralette with it, unless you really want to show your goodies. You do you, girrrrrl!

I love your fashion Friday posts! Your style is awesome and your bod is fierce so you look amazing in everything! I totally hear you about the name changing. It sucks so bad. I did the same thing as you, dropped my middle name and now my maiden name is my middle name. BUT, not to be a downer, but 3 years later, you’ll find things that people messed up. Like the title for my car, apparently the people couldn’t handle that I changed my middle AND last name, even though it’s clearly like that on my SS card. I had to go back to the assessors office and deal with that 3 years after the hubs and I got married. Also, it’s still weird signing the new last name, awesome but weird. We’ve been married for 5yrs….
I know on here and snap chat you say that people are mean and say awful things. 1. I don’t get how they can say bad things about you. Apparently they hate hot bods, cursing and tasty food, which is crazy. 2. I feel for you in the face pain dept- I get V-Beam laser treatments for redness which are amaaaazing, but it doesn’t feel great. Results are ridic, though!
Btw- I have a guess as to why jackson’s whining by the stove- I bet there’s a mouse (mice?) back there. My Dachshund used to the do the exact same thing…there and by the radiators, where they hang out because it’s warm. I say pull that stove out a little and check for “evidence!” Just a thought!:)

Unfortunately they don’t add new items, they hold back some stock for the public sale, but not everything. It seems like the things I really want don’t get replenished.

I’m dying to hear about what you had done to your face and to see the before, during and after pictures. I just ordered an LED photon therapy mask off amazon that is supposed to help with acne, age spots and wrinkles. It makes you look like Jason from Friday the 13th though. Here’s hoping it helps!
