There’s my face!! With a wonderful copy of Eat The Yolks by Liz Wolfe of Cavegirl Eats. If you haven’t read Liz’s blog yet, you absolutely, absolutely need to. She’s hilarious. One of those people that you listen to and wish you had half the wit that they did. So not only is she funny, but she is beautiful, has awesome skin (totes jealous), can cook, and lives on a ton of acres raising goats. She also raises other animals, but the goats totally steal the show on her instagram. PS I saw baby goats somewhere yesterday and they are probably the cutest animal ever when they are little tykes. Not so much as adults.
Anywho, Liz has written a wonderful book, ‘Eat The Yolks‘, which releases in just 4 days, February 25th! Her book drops some huge knowledge bombs on you, all while keeping it interesting and funny. We’ve been taught for so long to eat low fat foods, whole grains, and packaged goods, but Liz explains how we’ve all been fed lies. Thankfully, she explains it in an interesting way. She teaches us not to fear cholesterol. Not to fear fat. And not to fear eating the foods we were created to eat.
Liz is so wonderful that she has offered to share a signed copy of her cookbook AND a 9 cup Cuisinart Food Processor. This is the same food processor that I have used for 4 years and absolutely LOVE. It slices, it dices, it whips. It pretty much does it all.
This giveaway is a quick one. It will only run today through Tuesday, February 25th 2014 at 12AM PT (that pretty much means Monday at midnight, so don’t get confused). So sign up while you can!! Sign up below! All rules and regulations are listed in the giveaway and this giveaway is only open to US Residents that are 18 years of age or older. And don’t forget to preorder Liz’s book, Eat The Yolks before it releases!!

Awesome giveaway, would love to use this daily!! Yummm 🙂
I love your recipes, but am allergic to all but hazelnuts and pecans, so a powerful food processor would make like so much better.
It took me almost an hour to make hazelnut butter with my blender and processor.
I love Paleo, I have no arthritis pain, or tendonitis. I lost over 6 months to tendonitis and 6 months after eating the Paleo way it is gone. I wish I had known about Paleo 4 years ago when it started. And a bonus to all this is I have lost 30 lbs.
In need of a food processor for my new eating lifestyle!!
Pick me pick me pick me Please!!!!!!!!
I would love to win. I really would like to read that book. And, I could always use a good food processor
