There’s my face!! With a wonderful copy of Eat The Yolks by Liz Wolfe of Cavegirl Eats. If you haven’t read Liz’s blog yet, you absolutely, absolutely need to. She’s hilarious. One of those people that you listen to and wish you had half the wit that they did. So not only is she funny, but she is beautiful, has awesome skin (totes jealous), can cook, and lives on a ton of acres raising goats. She also raises other animals, but the goats totally steal the show on her instagram. PS I saw baby goats somewhere yesterday and they are probably the cutest animal ever when they are little tykes. Not so much as adults.
Anywho, Liz has written a wonderful book, ‘Eat The Yolks‘, which releases in just 4 days, February 25th! Her book drops some huge knowledge bombs on you, all while keeping it interesting and funny. We’ve been taught for so long to eat low fat foods, whole grains, and packaged goods, but Liz explains how we’ve all been fed lies. Thankfully, she explains it in an interesting way. She teaches us not to fear cholesterol. Not to fear fat. And not to fear eating the foods we were created to eat.
Liz is so wonderful that she has offered to share a signed copy of her cookbook AND a 9 cup Cuisinart Food Processor. This is the same food processor that I have used for 4 years and absolutely LOVE. It slices, it dices, it whips. It pretty much does it all.

Love Cookbooks. I am excited to see what’s inside
We have a family of 5 & I could use this so much!!
Yes please!
I can’t wait to read that book and share it with friends and family members.
What a fantastic giveaway!! I am so interested in reading this book. I always think about my great grandmother who lived to be 101 years old and she always ate bacon, eggs, and steak for breakfast every day. She was in great health. She made everything from scratch, grew her own veggies, and never ate processed food. It’s jut how she was raised. I wish we could get people back to that mindset. I know a few people I will be buying this book for!!! Thanks, Julie!
The food processor will be mine. Oh yes, it will be mine.
I love you site and would love the giveaway.
Awesome giveaway! I don’t currently follow a paleo diet but would love to learn more about it 🙂
