There’s my face!! With a wonderful copy of Eat The Yolks by Liz Wolfe of Cavegirl Eats. If you haven’t read Liz’s blog yet, you absolutely, absolutely need to. She’s hilarious. One of those people that you listen to and wish you had half the wit that they did. So not only is she funny, but she is beautiful, has awesome skin (totes jealous), can cook, and lives on a ton of acres raising goats. She also raises other animals, but the goats totally steal the show on her instagram. PS I saw baby goats somewhere yesterday and they are probably the cutest animal ever when they are little tykes. Not so much as adults.
Anywho, Liz has written a wonderful book, ‘Eat The Yolks‘, which releases in just 4 days, February 25th! Her book drops some huge knowledge bombs on you, all while keeping it interesting and funny. We’ve been taught for so long to eat low fat foods, whole grains, and packaged goods, but Liz explains how we’ve all been fed lies. Thankfully, she explains it in an interesting way. She teaches us not to fear cholesterol. Not to fear fat. And not to fear eating the foods we were created to eat.
Liz is so wonderful that she has offered to share a signed copy of her cookbook AND a 9 cup Cuisinart Food Processor. This is the same food processor that I have used for 4 years and absolutely LOVE. It slices, it dices, it whips. It pretty much does it all.

Winning this would be such a help! I’m 58, began a paleo lifestyle 3 days ago. I was on it briefly before but my health has screamed for a big change in my diet. BP out of control, depression, anxiety, brain fog, arthritis, vision issues, debilitating headaches….well those are my main issues. I’m committed to this lifestyle. I believe it will turn all these problems around. So I would be ever grateful if you picked me. Thanks!
I definitely need a larger food processor- mine is too tiny and doesn’t grind stuff up as well as this one would!
Can’t wait to “dig” into the book!
Thanks for the chance to win, I would love those prizes!

Had to hand chop cauliflower for my cauliflower rice this week. Could definitely use a food processor!

A full size food processor would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!
