There’s my face!! With a wonderful copy of Eat The Yolks by Liz Wolfe of Cavegirl Eats. If you haven’t read Liz’s blog yet, you absolutely, absolutely need to. She’s hilarious. One of those people that you listen to and wish you had half the wit that they did. So not only is she funny, but she is beautiful, has awesome skin (totes jealous), can cook, and lives on a ton of acres raising goats. She also raises other animals, but the goats totally steal the show on her instagram. PS I saw baby goats somewhere yesterday and they are probably the cutest animal ever when they are little tykes. Not so much as adults.
Anywho, Liz has written a wonderful book, ‘Eat The Yolks‘, which releases in just 4 days, February 25th! Her book drops some huge knowledge bombs on you, all while keeping it interesting and funny. We’ve been taught for so long to eat low fat foods, whole grains, and packaged goods, but Liz explains how we’ve all been fed lies. Thankfully, she explains it in an interesting way. She teaches us not to fear cholesterol. Not to fear fat. And not to fear eating the foods we were created to eat.
Liz is so wonderful that she has offered to share a signed copy of her cookbook AND a 9 cup Cuisinart Food Processor. This is the same food processor that I have used for 4 years and absolutely LOVE. It slices, it dices, it whips. It pretty much does it all.
This giveaway is a quick one. It will only run today through Tuesday, February 25th 2014 at 12AM PT (that pretty much means Monday at midnight, so don’t get confused). So sign up while you can!! Sign up below! All rules and regulations are listed in the giveaway and this giveaway is only open to US Residents that are 18 years of age or older. And don’t forget to preorder Liz’s book, Eat The Yolks before it releases!!

THE BOOOOOOOK I want the book. Food processor is nice too, I guess…
I can really use this food processor. It would be an asset to my kitchen.
This is awesome, would make my busy life a tad easier!!:)
I ate yolks today and they were delicious. I raise chickens and it made me feel guilty when I would throw their beautiful, bright yellow yolks away. Now I eat them and enjoy every bite.
I need a new food processor!! Perfect timing!
That book looks intriguing!
Ya I would love to have both of these on my shelf 🙂
SO THANKFUL for connections!! I will now be getting recipes/encouragement from Liz Wolfe also!! That processor also looks amazing! No wonder my $40 processor didn’t turn out the paleo/ice cream that the recipe said it should!! LOL!
yay for awesome giveaways!
Could totally use a new processor, mine is practically an antique, and there’s always room for a new cookbook!
