There’s my face!! With  a wonderful copy of Eat The Yolks by Liz Wolfe of Cavegirl Eats. If you haven’t read Liz’s blog yet, you absolutely, absolutely need to. She’s hilarious. One of those people that you listen to and wish you had half the wit that they did. So not only is she funny, but she is beautiful, has awesome skin (totes jealous), can cook, and lives on a ton of acres raising goats. She also raises other animals, but the goats totally steal the show on her instagram. PS I saw baby goats somewhere yesterday and they are probably the cutest animal ever when they are little tykes. Not so much as adults.

Anywho, Liz has written a wonderful book, ‘Eat The Yolks‘, which releases in just 4 days, February 25th! Her book drops some huge knowledge bombs on you, all while keeping it interesting and funny. We’ve been taught for so long to eat low fat foods, whole grains, and packaged goods, but Liz explains how we’ve all been fed lies. Thankfully, she explains it in an interesting way. She teaches us not to fear cholesterol. Not to fear fat. And not to fear eating the foods we were created to eat.

Liz is so wonderful that she has offered to share a signed copy of her cookbook AND a 9 cup Cuisinart Food Processor. This is the same food processor that I have used for 4 years and absolutely LOVE. It slices, it dices, it whips. It pretty much does it all.

I’ve never owned a food processor, so I’ve skipped over some awesome recipes. I need to remedy that, and also check out Lisa’s book!

I know protein is important but it’s also been a huge turnoff to me since I got pregnant. I eat like 12 eggs a day though, so that’s helpful?
And I want to make paleo pizza with a paleo crust, and that’s so much easier with a food processor! Help the pregnant lady out 🙂

Found your site through a Pinterest pin to your coffee banana bread. My daughter’s been bugging me to make really good banana bread and, apparently, Trader Joe’s mix didn’t satisfy her. Meanwhile, I’m carb-free (or try to be)…so, long story short, your recipe is PERFECT. Just entering here for the heck of it. Would love the book and the mixer.
