There’s my face!! With  a wonderful copy of Eat The Yolks by Liz Wolfe of Cavegirl Eats. If you haven’t read Liz’s blog yet, you absolutely, absolutely need to. She’s hilarious. One of those people that you listen to and wish you had half the wit that they did. So not only is she funny, but she is beautiful, has awesome skin (totes jealous), can cook, and lives on a ton of acres raising goats. She also raises other animals, but the goats totally steal the show on her instagram. PS I saw baby goats somewhere yesterday and they are probably the cutest animal ever when they are little tykes. Not so much as adults.

Anywho, Liz has written a wonderful book, ‘Eat The Yolks‘, which releases in just 4 days, February 25th! Her book drops some huge knowledge bombs on you, all while keeping it interesting and funny. We’ve been taught for so long to eat low fat foods, whole grains, and packaged goods, but Liz explains how we’ve all been fed lies. Thankfully, she explains it in an interesting way. She teaches us not to fear cholesterol. Not to fear fat. And not to fear eating the foods we were created to eat.

Liz is so wonderful that she has offered to share a signed copy of her cookbook AND a 9 cup Cuisinart Food Processor. This is the same food processor that I have used for 4 years and absolutely LOVE. It slices, it dices, it whips. It pretty much does it all.

Trying so hard to eat Paleo …the hardest part for me is the grocery shopping, but I am committed to making a change. I love all the access to amazing recipes to help find delicious recipes for my 3 picky kids…I am going to spend this weekend trying to organize my kitchen and pantry and get some necessities so we can really commit to the Paleo lifestyle…I know my middle kiddo has food issues, even though we have been told numerous times by his doctors that he doesn’t….
