Instagram Outfit Round-Up
Happy Valentine’s Day and Happy Friday!!!!! Today is going to be a good day, I just know it. Wanna know why? Because it’s going to hit 50 degrees today and the 1/2 foot sheet of ice that covers every side road in Denver may actually melt. And that just sounds lovely since my car continually takes over when I’m driving and decides to go the opposite direction of where I would prefer to go. Like into another car. Super fun. But today it’s going to melt, Jackson and I are going to go on a walk, and then we are going to hang out with some of our new neighbors and finally get to know some of the people we live next to!
But who cares about my Friday! Let’s get into my clothes instead. I know you TOTALLY care about that. I’m being facetious, for any of you that are new around here. Here’s a SUPER snowy day outfit that was incredibly warm. This funnel neck sweater and this furry wedge booties will keep you super warm, stylish, and comfortable all winter long. They are the two go-to’s in my closet right now!
I can’t get enough leopard print lately. I want it in every color! And these plum and burgundy leopard print leggings are like wearing butter, they are so so soft! And on sale! And yes, they are squat proof! No bum is showing through these things!
Another snow bunny look for you! Sure, double pom beanies may be quite child-like, but I’m here for it. I paired this fuzzy beanie with a fuzzy coat to keep warm through this week long snowstorm. No snow is getting me down!
See! Another leopard print!! Loving this crop top that has just a light shine to it. Also, while I was snapping this selfie, a guy caught me. So embarrassing. Yes, I know I’m THAT girl at the gym. I hate myself for it. But DAMN, this top is too cute to ignore.
Now this dress is for the person who like to take chances in the fashion world. And yes, it feels like an 80’s prom or wedding dress, but that why I LOVE it. I want my shoulders to look as large as possible and I want to turn a few heads when I walk into a room. And this dress will do exactly that! You can dress boring when you’re dead.
I bought this crop long sleeve top a few seasons ago during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, but I was able to find a pretty similar one! And if you’re a fan of joggers, these ones are amazing!! Highly recommend sizing down because they run pretty big!
When it’s not snowing and keeping all of us indoors, I’m continually wearing this faux suede midi jacket. It comes in a couple different colors and it’s SNOW SOFT! And insanely affordable.
If you’ve been following along in my Power Program highlights, you saw this two piece set in action! I’m loving the snakeskin detailing on these pants and this crop top bra has the cutest braided material in the back!
When it’s not snowing in Denver, many of us are wearing shorts or dresses. I chose a dress this time around, paired with a faux leather jacket! Love the movement or this dress and it will be super cute come springtime with a pair of sandals and a hat!
I’ve been embracing the headband trend, even when people tell me I look like an idiot online. Man, people are real joys sometimes. But the real star of this show is this INSANELY soft midi dress. It comes in a shit ton of colors and it’s perfect for work paired with a blazer or out with friends for happy hour!
Here’s another dress that will also be great to wear in spring! It’s lightweight and breezy, and it would be adorable paired with a jean jacket!
This is my favorite kind of look right now! A comfortable pair of jeans, pullover, and a cut camel jacket! This look is so simple, yet it still looks put together!
I wore this outfit to therapy the other day when I had a rest day from the gym. I love pairing a chunky sweater with a teddy coat! It’s super warm, yet you still look put together and chic!
Once my office is finally done, I plan to spot this outfit in it. It’s what I picture myself wearing to work every day, if I had an actual office to walk into. I know distressed jeans aren’t a recommend piece of work attire in most offices, but my office will be different. It will be HIGHLY recommended that you wear all the distressed jeans you can find.
I wore this outfit to a holiday party at a suuuuuper sketchy bar about a month back. I found this tank at a local boutique but I was able to find a similar top in a couple different patterns. I danced my ass off in this top, with no bra, and every held up the attire night!
If my husband and I were going out tonight for Valentine’s Day, this is what I would be wearing. This sweater is so soft and cozy, and these jeans aren’t too restricting!
If you like to keep your outfits a bit more conservative and simple, this top is for you! It’s not much muss or fuss, just comfort!
And last, but definitely not least – this adorable high neck babydoll dress! I plan to wear this all spring, until it gets too hot for sleeves. It’s so stinking cute, especially when paired with some knee-high boots!
