Natural Grocers Event (+ Limited Time Discount For You!)

  • Lots of crockpot meals, leftovers, and keeping it simple
  • Packing the same food for all 3 meals along with all my snacks
• Nowadays I keep my meal making pretty easy
  • I have meat in the freezer so I can pull it out the night before
  • I keep a ton of veggies on hand, especially simple greens like kale, arugula, spinach, etc.
  • I keep lots of different sauces and brands on hand to make cooking easy
    • Curry paste and sauce

    • Gluten free pasta and pizzas
    • Bone broth and soups
    • Paleo baking flour and other mixes
