I’d love to have really any one of these books, but “Make Ahead Paleo” would be most useful to me right now….I’m a lazy cook and am always looking for quick, easy dinners, so freezer cooking and super-simple recipes are what I’m always looking for!

  5. Nicole says:

I would be excited to have a bunch of friends over to try the recipes in the Paleo Happy Hour and Gather books. Then we could all enjoy time together while enjoying good food, instead of so many less healthy options.

There are now almost 4000 comments on this post, so my hopes aren’t high — but I’m doing Whole30 right now and I’d love some great new paleo recipes to adapt now and add in February!

I heard your interview on Girls Gone WOD — you’re one of my favorite people. Also I want your coaching/WOD-ing/grocery shopping/cooking/blogging routine. You rock!

Not sure if my previous comment showed up. Anyway, I’d be most excited for a signed copy of your book!

  8. Demar Lewis says:

I would be really excited to try the Italian Cuisine book as I really loved (regular) Italian food but have not found many PALEO friendly substitutes.

  9. Mary Taylor says:

As a new Paleo convert – these books would help immensely! I have used so many of your recipes already and love them all. Crossing my fingers that the random number generator is in my favor!
