I know, I know, it’s way too f*cking early to talk about spring. I get it. But it’s also the best time to talk about spring…ya know why? Because winter is stupid and I’m over it. I really have nothing to complain about because we have had an insanely mild winter and I just had all our sliding doors open in our house when it was 60 degrees outside in January, but I digress. I’m still over it. I want it to be hot enough outside that it’s slightly dangerous to wear shorts while driving since the odds of burning my hamstrings on my car seats is quite high. I’d much rather have towels on my car seats than seat heaters on, ya feel me?
Even if you don’t, it’s safe to say that winter outfits can get a little boring. A bit redundant. They usually aren’t bright colors, everything feels like you’re wearing a heavy blanket (which is the only part I actually like), and you can’t always transition those pieces to spring. Which means once spring comes around, you’re packing away all your winter clothes and doing some shopping for spring. But WHAT IF you can have some pieces that do double duty for you? It’s light enough to keep you cool on the warmer days when you’re wearing sandals while still covering a bit of leg when it’s not crazy hot outside.
